Stefan has extensive experience in the business development of small churches. Helping to turn churches and small businesses into thriving entities impacting their communities and increasing their bottom line is his mission. He is well versed in document creation, Policy and Procedure Manual development, and SMART Goal facilitation. He is also Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certified, an expert in the areas of process definition, refinement and improvement.
